ABOUT ZEVAROQ
Digital infrastructure is built for the future. Its tax, investment, and community decisions deserve the same horizon.
Zach Parrish brings 23 years of experience advising owners, investors, developers, and operators on property taxation and complex real estate assets, with a longstanding focus on digital infrastructure.
His data center experience began in 2004 through work representing a financial services firm. Since then, his career has spanned corporate computing facilities, enterprise data centers, and the expansion of cloud and hyperscale infrastructure.
Zach has advised data center operators through periods of growth and investment. His career evolved from external advisory to executive leadership as Vice President, Property Tax—bringing an owner’s and operator’s perspective to the financial and operational implications of property tax decisions.
His broader experience encompasses corporate headquarters, technology campuses, institutional real estate portfolios, retail destinations, and media properties.
That breadth informs a practical understanding of how assets evolve, how communities evaluate development, and how tax obligations and incentive commitments affect long-term ownership. Having worked as both an external advisor and an in-house executive, Zach understands the importance of advice that remains useful beyond site selection, transaction closing, or an initial incentive award.
At Zevaroq, his focus is on property tax and incentive advisory throughout the investment lifecycle. His work brings together tax planning, assessment review and appeals, incentive and lease agreement analysis, due diligence, economic development, and community engagement to support informed decisions and long-term asset value.
THE ZEVAROQ PERSPECTIVE
Zevaroq’s advisory approach considers tax planning, economic development, and community engagement as connected decisions. The objective is to make those connections visible before they become unexpected costs or unresolved commitments.
That means examining assumptions, understanding the interests around the table, and keeping long-term operating implications in view—from the first location study through development, ownership, and operations.
